A generous portion of our homemade fresh cheese to enjoy, preferably the same day (it’s best fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 1 week)
A printed recipe so you can repeat the process at home
What you should know…
BYOB
Class is 120 minutes long
We will be using your kitchen and stove
Everyone will have the chance to participate and get hands-on
Classes may incite feelings of devotion towards cheese
