What you’ll get…

  • A demonstration of how to make fresh hand-pulled mozzarella or ricotta cheese (your choice)

  • A generous portion of our homemade fresh cheese to enjoy, preferably the same day (it’s best fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 1 week)

  • A printed recipe so you can repeat the process at home

What you should know…

  • BYOB

  • Class is 120 minutes long

  • We will be using your kitchen and stove

  • Everyone will have the chance to participate and get hands-on

  • Classes may incite feelings of devotion towards cheese
